The patient was a young woman who had undergone aortic valve replacement three months prior to the current visit. Her general condition was very bad and her vital signs were unstable. The patient was febrile and immediately underwent echocardiography on suspicion of valvular dysfunction, followed by fluoroscopy. The images below are related to valve fluoroscopy.

What is noticeable in fluoroscopy is the abnormal movement of the metal valve caused by the opening of the valve sutures. The patient was taken to the operating room after fluoroscopy, but unfortunately died during surgery.
