The Patient was a 80 years old man who had treated with CABGs 10 years ago.
He admitted with low threshold angina
PMH: Controlled HTN
LVEF was Mildly reduced about 45%
Cr:1.4mg/dl Hb:14 mg/dl
Post CABGs Angiography routinely done via Femoral or Left Radial Access.
This case was done from Rt. Radial Access.
