This Electrocardiogram (ECG) belongs to a young healthy man that was referred for evaluation of Atypical chest pain. This 12 leads ECG findings are:

1- Sinus Bradycardia, HR=50 bpm

2- Right Axis Deviation, RAD

3- Short PR interval with absent PR segment

4- Pre-excitation or wpw wave at beginning of QRS

5- QRS widening with R wave in V1 to V6 (RBBB type)

6- High voltage QRS

7- Diffuse ST-T changes
